Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns & Exchanges

Email support@basedfaith.com to request returns or exchanges.



RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Because we offer free shipping on all orders, shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat $8 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved domestic returns.

If the return or exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.

Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent, and include the packing slip with your order number. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return may be denied.

If you ordered a hat, please send it back in the original box to prevent damage.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.

It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.


All jewelry and sticker sales are final. No returns or refunds will be offered for these items. If you receive a defective piece, email us at support@basedfaith.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. If your return is denied, it will be mailed back to you.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Returns are processed in the order received. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Once your refund is issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:


  1. Check your bank account.
     
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take 1–5 business days for posting).
     
  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary).
     

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@basedfaith.com.


EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please return it per the policy above and include exchange instructions and your order number with the return.

We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

We do not accept returns for final sale or clearance items.
We do not accept returns on jewelry or stickers.
We cover shipping costs on eligible exchanges, but not for general returns.


DEFECTS, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an exchange or replacement is needed due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, we’ll request photo evidence and provide a prepaid return label (domestic only) if applicable.
We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery.
Any claims beyond 30 days are considered normal wear and tear and cannot be replaced.
