Return and Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, contact us at support@basedfaith.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Tags must remain attached and items must be free of animal or human hair.
- Items that smell of smoke, deodorant, or perfume cannot be accepted.
- Please include your packing slip or proof of purchase with your return.
Return Fees & Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A flat $8 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from approved domestic refunds.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please send returns to the address provided in your approval email.
Processing Time
It may take up to 7 business days to process returns after we receive your package. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- All jewelry and sticker sales are final.
- Custom or personalized items, final sale, and clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective piece of jewelry or sticker, please email us at support@basedfaith.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery at support@basedfaith.com with photos of the issue. For approved cases, we will provide a prepaid return label (domestic orders only) or replacement instructions.
